Becoming A Google Ninja (Cheat Sheet)
Every time I visit the West Coast, I make it a point to visit an In-N-Out Burger. Sure, the burger is always great – but what really puts the experience over the top for me, is the “secret menu”. At first glance, the menu is basic – even limited. A burger (with or without cheese), French fries and milk shakes. If you really want to dive deep, you can order your burger as a double. It’s what’s not on the menu that makes my trip to this fast food mecca enjoyable: The “secret” menu. Burgers served without buns, mustard-cooked beef, and the legendary 4×4. It’s all there for the taking – you just have to know how to ask.
What does that story have to do with becoming a Google Ninja? Well, most people use Google at face value. Asking a question, checking to see where their latest blog post ranks – or checking in on their brand (or personal) reputation. Did you know that Google also has a “secret menu”? Ways to improve your Google searches, and unlock results that might live deep down in results? It’s true. Check out this quick Google Cheat Sheet that I’ve put together, and quickly take your searches up to ninja-status!
